Valentine's Day is coming up, and one of the things that can a Scrooge in your Valentine's Day plans... romance scams. There are millions of people that fall prey to these scammers and there's not just one kind of scam that hits everyone.
Last year, almost 70,000 people reported that they'd been victimized with losses hitting $1.3 billion. The average loss: more than $4400.
