The Supreme Court waited until the last minute, but it decided that President Joe Biden's student loan forgiveness program wasn't constitutional. That's a program that looked to forgive around $400 billion in student loan debt. The Court ruled that the President should have gotten Congress's approval for a program like this. Also, in another major case, the Justices ruled in favor of a website designer named Lorie Smith. She refused to design websites for same-sex couples.
