Artificial intelligence has integrated itself into numerous industries and most recently, it is being used in an app that most kids are into. Snapchat recently launched My AI chatbot for its 750 million monthly users. It's powered by ChatGPT and can do things like hold conversations, suggest AR filters, and generate photos. Snap says they have trained the bot to avoid things that violate its community guidelines, like swearing, sexually explicit content, violence, and politics. But is that enough?

On Ask The Expert, Dr. Ken Jones joined the KRLD Afternoon News. He is a psychologist as well as the director of behavioral health at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital. He shares his thoughts on the impact this will have on kids' mental health.
