Two California women are taking Subway to court for five-million-dollar claiming their tuna sandwiches don't actually have any tuna in them. The plaintiffs say they ordered a tuna sandwich from a Subway near their home last year and were "duped" by the fast-food restaurant. They claim independent testing confirmed the tuna sandwich was made from "anything but tuna," and called it a "blended non-tuna product."  They're now suing, claiming fraud and misrepresentation.  A Subway spokesperson called the suit frivolous, and said their sandwich is 100-percent tuna.
