Opponents of Prop 50 are apparently giving up on trying to defeat the measure at the ballot box next Tuesday. Groups opposing it have pulled back their spending as has Charles Munger, Jr. who was one of the largest donors on the side to defeat Prop 50. Recent polls show the measure is set to pass. We talked with Jon Fleischman, former executive director of the California Republican Party.
