Filling in for the vacationing Laurence Holmes, Mark Grote opened his show by discussing how the Bears defense bends but doesn't break, as the saying goes. That's a phrase that Grote has an issue with as it pertains to this team. Josh Nelson of the Sox Machine then joined the show to discuss the White Sox's firing of manager Rick Renteria. Later, Grote continued to discuss the exit of Renteria and pitching coach Don Cooper as well.
