Who said Halloween wasn’t an educational holiday! Liz has implemented a candy tax in her house to teach them that there are no free handouts. The 7 and 10 year old's have a weekly allowance of $12, but only receive $9 because of taxes. This idea is used for Halloween as well. Liz will take all of the candy and distribute it.
