In August of 2021 Marc Fogel was returning to the United States from Russia when some of his legally prescribed medical marijuana was found on his person. This led Russian authorities to arrest him and soon he was sentenced to 14 years in a Russian Prison camp. Tom Mosser is a world renowned artist who Saturday April 1st will host an art exhibit to raise funding to help get Marc home.
