Arch Maharja is the director of business graduate programs at Point Park University. He joined Rick Dayton on KDKA Radio Monday afternoon to talk about the No Surprises Act that was put in place January 1. Maharja says it is an important piece of legislation to protect patients from high out-of-network costs associated with medical care.
