In the state of Pennsylvania there are still groups of people that can face discrimination for their sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Recently, the Pennsylvania house of representatives passed house bill 300 otherwise known as "The Fairness Act." Openly queer person and district 36 PA State Representative Jessica Benham joined the Rick Dayton Show to talk about the importance of passing such a bill. Rick and Jessica also get into other issues impacting everyday Pennsylvanians.
