He came to the United States from Nigeria as a 16 year old. Nearly 20
years later, he is the founder and CEO of E Properties and
Development. His company is responsible for the Lawrenceville Lofts,
this year's Ultimate House for Pittsburgh Magazine. Emeka told Rick
Dayton that he has a soft spot in his heart for Children's Hospital
because their son spent 2 months there after being born at 29 weeks.
Tours of Ultimate House begin next Thursday.
