A new study from the Fraser Institute says Ontarians should brace for what’s to come on the horizon when it comes to the provinces’ finances. Charles De Sousa is expected to announce a balanced budget for 2017-18 next month. But the Fraser Institute says next year, the province will add 9 Billion dollars in debt, and 18 by the year following.
