This week, we learned that the Competition Bureau has filed applications to try to block a merger between Rogers and Shaw. They are doing this out of concern that the $26-billion deal would only lead to higher costs for consumers and worse service. But, what is the likelihood that the bureau can actually succeed in their efforts on this? And, how do you feel about this potential deal?
