We were in NC and Sam was in PA, but we did it! Sam Debianchi of DeBianchi Real Estate, gave us some amazing advice! She told us why it is so important to be consistent on everything you do, updating your CRM, posting on social, writing blogs, etc. Sam also told us how she landed on Million Dollar Listing MIA, its a true story of persistence and not letting the word "no" get in your way. We also talked about why its so important to always stay busy, especially during this time, Sam explained that you should always be educating yourself on your industry, the community's, and what is going on in your area.
