Dr. Stephanie Ameis, a Clinician Scientist in the Research Imaging Centre in the Campbell Family Mental Health Research Institute & in the McCain Centre for Child, Youth & Family Mental Health at CAMH; Appointed to the Child & Youth Mental Health Collaborative at CAMH, University of Toronto & SickKids; Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto

Dr. Ameis’ work focuses on using advanced neuroimaging techniques to study how variation in the structure and function of brain circuits increases susceptibility for neuropsychiatric disorders that affect children and adolescents, with a focus on autism spectrum disorders (ASD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and disruptive behaviour disorders.
