I’m an average joe, 33 years old, suffered with mental health, suffered with obesity, suffered for anxiety. My life had hit rock bottom, the very bottom of the well, I was at the point where I planned the time, date and how I was going to end my life. but something stopped me, now finally I’m on a mission. A mission to raise more awareness about mental heath, I strongly believe this country needs something doing to save people. I’m blogging nearly everyday and also be trying to do fundraisers for MIND charity and CALM charity.
