The struggle is real! This week on the podcast Hallie and Katie talk about feeling the weight of 'mom brain,' especially in social situations, after new research shows that a woman's brain does in fact change during pregnancy.

The emerging evidence suggests that 'mommy brain' could actually be a real thing after revealing there is a significant decrease in gray matter, which plays a huge role in cognitive and emotional functioning. Past studies have shown that the reduction in gray matter can sometimes last up to two years postpartum.

Hallie, who recently moved from Los Angeles back to her hometown, Chicago, admits that relocating during pregnancy and making new friends during the postpartum season has been tricky since she still isn't feeling like herself.

Meanwhile, Katie vents about the challenge of leaving the house with two kiddos and Hallie reveals her little sister, Hannah, gave birth to her second child but hasn't decided on her name yet.

The mamas also dish on their latest guilty pleasure streaming on Netflix, 'Nobody Wants This,' starring Adam Brody and Kristen Bell.
