Shawn "Mickey" Stines is charged with murder in the shooting death of his onetime friend and former boss, Judge Kevin Mullins. A special judge has been assigned to preside over Stines' murder trial. But now, Stines is questioning whether Judge Christopher Cohron can be impartial after his defense team discovered a video of Cohron and Mullins sitting near each other seven days before Mullins was killed. Stines' defense team is asking Cohron to recuse himself.
