Elsa McGrain went out for a jog on Thursday, November 6 in Lawrence, Kansas and was hit by a vehicle. Someone passing by found McGrain's body hours later and called 911. Security cameras captured a truck of interest and several tips led to the arrest of William Klingler, 36. The district attorney's office filed charges of felony leaving the scene of a deadly accident, circumventing an ignition interlock device, driving while suspended and no proof of motor vehicle insurance.
