RJ recalls being on his first oil rig at the age of seven and then going on to make his very first sale right out of high school.
So it is no surprise that he decided to take on the oil business as a third generation member following behind a lot of the men in his family.
RJ's first rodeo with the business taught him so much that he decided to come out of retirement to do it all over again - but with a much different spin this time around!
