Diana Mirgon is a social media superstar in the wellness space. Her philosophy is: in order to reach whatever goal you hav, you have to stay consistent.
As an empty nester in her 50’s, in (peri) menopause, and navigating all the changes (both physical and emotional) that come during these years, Diana's goal is to help people stay consistent with exercise and moving their body with little to no equipment workouts that they can do anywhere. We are all getting older, but that doesn’t mean we have to get old!
