My guest this week is one of the most genuinely funny people that I know and a massive success in the business world. Eric Sherman is one of the principal founders of Specialized Engineering Solutions (SES), an engineering consulting firm that specializes in the Healthcare Industry. SES is ranked in the top 25 in Healthcare Engineering, top five in outpatient facility engineering, and second in engineering for the VA medical system.
In 2005, Eric got the entrepreneurial bug and made the decision, along with another founder, to start Specialized Engineering Solutions. The company has grown from just six employees in 2005 to over 100 today. SES has offices in four states and a satellite presence in another six states.
Eric is an original and his love for what he does is evident in our conversation. Many lessons to be learned from this discussion, but Eric sheds light on:
