To my friends in the black community: First and foremost, I see you and I love you. I know that George Floyd’s murder has brought up feelings for a lot of us, but for you there are extra dimensions that I will never understand as a white woman.
I’m grateful to be living in a time where collectively we are listening and educating ourselves and fighting for change. Thank you for those of you who are patient and compassionate with those of us who don’t fully grasp your struggle.
Today’s guest is Preston Smiles, a conscious businessman, family man, speaker, and messenger of love. He’s the author Love Louder: 33 Ways to Amplify Your Life
He’ll share his perspective of our current events as a black man. He also integrates his own spirituality into his teachings so I’m really excited for him to enlighten us today.
