- Chappell Roan has said that her issues with the US government are behind her unwillingness to endorse a presidential candidate in the 2024 US election.
- The left is upset with Chappell for not endorsing Kamala. One person wrote, "There's problems on both sides? Girl, Republicans are the ones actively legislating against, demonizing, threatening, and killing trans people. The choice is clear regardless since hatred is what they're best at no matter what. But especially in regards to that single issue, why would you ever even pretend there's any option other than Democrat?" Another said she is, "Well, I just kind of lost respect for her. What she is saying is the dangerous rhetoric."
