Leadership is a massive term that can can be defined and discussed in a plethora of ways. We continue this next miniseries by defining leadership as influence, and share examples of how this definition rings true in our lives. Titles and authority can be mishandled, and do not embody the entirety of true healthy leadership. No matter your age, title, job description, or friend groups, we all wield influence and we all are influenced BY others. As noble men, we must take inventory of how we are using and possibly abusing the influence we carry.
