Who doesn’t have anxiety nowadays?

Who has a BFRB (Body-focused Repetitive Behaviors)?

We discuss how anxiety looks for friends, clients, and each of us. Angee’s anxiety is wrapped around her ADHD. Jaime’s anxiety is wrapped around her BFRBs. Each of us share personal experiences of the emotions, internal beliefs, and shame spiral in each of these diagnoses.

We throw at you ways to practice mindfulness or being in the moment or finding a neutral place with you emotions, rather than the shame spiral that is a familiar ride. Try them out and DM us feedback!

Body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) include any repetitive behavior that involves biting, pulling, picking, or scraping your own hair, skin, lips, cheeks, or nails that can lead to physical damage to the body and have been met with multiple attempts to stop or decrease the behavior.
