This was filmed after Jaime & Angee ordered Thai food delivery and ate between recordings, which is now a new podcasting filming tradition for self-care from the kids.This led to sharing a metaphor regarding scuba diving and how it pertains to self-care.
Angee also coined a new term *SERVING* professionals, rather than “helping” professionals. This was mentioned in an earlier episode about Human Trafficking Prevention, so that shoutout will make sense now.
