Description

In Papua New Guinea, mining company Nautilus was hoping to start deep seabed mining by 2018. Things were looking good, but the company had to fold over grassroots resistance and financial trouble. Why were these Pacific Islanders so opposed to deep sea mining? How bad could it really be?
