Before Hurricane Katrina ravaged southern Louisiana, Derrick Todd Lee did his part to decimate the lives of several women and their families. Lee earned the moniker, the South Louisiana Serial Killer, after his murderous rampage that lasted over a decade, killing at least 17, but most likely, many more.
