I was so glad to finally get Eric Linares on The Public Affair! Eric is an entrepreneur and coordinator for some of the most popular local events, including The East Side Market. While not a Waco native, Eric is completely invested in watching making sure Waco always has something going on! I personally feel like he had his own agenda on the show as well, especially bringing his own bottle of tequila to make things more "saucy".
