As the first distillery to open and operate out of Chicago since the Mid-1800s, this self proclaimed "grain to bottle" distillery hits all the right notes with the most unique of ingredients. You may not have known that you needed their millet whiskey in your life before this podcast, but now you do. You're welcome!
