Marianne Bachmeier was the mother of 7 year old Anna. When Marianne's daughter was murdered on May 5th, 1980 she was devastated. When the man who murdered her daughter went to trial she was emotionally distraught. What she did shocked Germany and would become known as one of the most notorious vigilante cases in the country.
