Mothers are in crisis. For the past 18 months, mothers have been continuously achieving the impossible: Raising, educating, and providing for their children amidst a global pandemic–with no days off. Due to the challenges posed by the pandemic, mothers have been dropping out of the workforce in record numbers and new mothers are experiencing increased feelings of depression and anxiety like never before. It’s no surprise that for many moms, their personal well-being has taken a backseat to, well, getting through the day, sanity in-tact. In this episode, we hear from three incredible mothers who share their experiences over the course of the pandemic so far, how things are going now, and what we can all learn from the strength and resilience of all of the mothers in our lives.
