Description

Valentine’s Day has always been about lovers (and in some circles, it’s about friends, too). But what if you’re your own Valentine this year? Or what if you’ve been your own Valentine for years?

Plenty of folks choose to be single. For others, a prolonged lack of romantic connection isn't done on purpose. Self-identified “late bloomers”—people who have not had sex or have not been in a relationship by the time they reach their 30s, 40s, and beyond—are finding a place to connect online.

In this episode, we’re talking with Becky, Megan, and Tiffany, members of a “late bloomer” group on Facebook who find themselves at different stages of life. Each of them is single—and not quite by choice. We’re exploring what it means to find romance later in life (or not) and how to deepen your connection with yourself.
