Description

No matter how far we think we’ve come in terms of acceptance for all body types, we can’t seem to escape workouts that promise “washboard abs in just 10 minutes flat” or friends and family members lamenting that they “just need to lose 5 pounds before vacation.” While we continue to amplify voices who are advocating for body positivity and sizing inclusivity, suffice to say, there's a lot more work to be done. After supporting us through a global pandemic, we should be thanking our bodies for all that they do to keep us alive and well–not stressing about how they look in shorts. How can we continue to bring awareness to how people with different bodies might exist in the world and move the “body conversation” forward?

HOST: Kate Spies, SVP+ General Manager at Well+Good

Katie Sturino, Entrepreneur, Founder of Megababe, Author of Body Talk

Jessica Vander Leahy, Model, Writer, Content Creator
