Description

Winter 2021 is coming: the days are getting shorter, the nights are getting longer, and the presence of a new COVID-19 variant is looming. Tldr; it’s getting harder to feel better. While the pandemic has made it increasingly more difficult to sweep our negative emotions under the rug, it has also exposed the reality that no one is immune to feeling sadness or experiencing setbacks. As we continue to navigate the good days and bad days in our own lives, how can we widen the definition of “happiness” to make it more attainable? How can we simultaneously steer clear of toxic positivity and find authentic ways to infuse more joy into our lives?
