Description

Prior to 2020, we’ve been shown one very specific version of self care centered around commodities for our comfort and happiness. In 2021, we’re redefining self care, and after a year that forced us to keep our distance from each other, we’re finding new ways to connect and comfort one another—and discovering that these new communities soothe us too. In this episode, we discuss how to get the most out of this new gen community care and expand our understanding of what it means to heal with the help of both commodities and community.
