Derek Hendrickson is #23 World-Wide Ranked Competitive Eater. AKA "Adventures of Heavy D" began his journey as a 315 LBS overweight male upon graduation. There he decided to change the trajectory of his life and thereafter lost nearly 150 lbs. After finding a new fit life Derek jumped into the world of competitive eating and never looked back. He can be found competing in hotdog contests, home-made food challenges, and taking on any restaurant competitions America has to offer.
