Occupancy is a key metric in property management, often used to gauge a property's performance. A stabilized property is typically seen as 90% occupied or above, while anything below is considered unstabilized.
However, while occupancy rates provide a snapshot, they don't tell the whole story. High occupancy doesn't always mean high performance, and vice versa.
