People with big EGO hate criticism. I used to hate criticism. I couldn’t take it. I always took it personally.

There was a moment in my life where I believed criticism is not helpful at all and only courage can get things done. But courage alone will exhaust even the biggest egomaniacs.

At some point the truth must be told!

Criticism can be far more valuable than praise and flattery.

Of course, receiving compliments can help to validate what you achieve and can help build confidence, but criticism - when constructive and authentic - can help you to gain insight on how to do better.

It can open your eyes objectively to see things you might have missed. BUT you must be ready to receive!

I started to like receiving criticism and I started to seek it. We all have blind spots. We all are still learning as we go. We all have different experiences with life and we are experts and complete beginners in so many aspects of living life.

Keep that in mind today if you are the recipient of constructive criticism. Take it with love. It’s a gift, not a curse! Use it! Get better!

It really can be a blessing  if you use it properly.

GIVE more love to criticism and GET results you didn’t even plan
