Walking away from a situation that’s causing you anxiety will not make you a loser or a quitter. So many symptoms and different diagnosis are under the huge umbrella of #anxiety

Manage your time, but also manage your energy. If you invest all of your energy in something that’s only in your mind and fall into the hole of anxiety, you will have very little if any energy left for the most important matters. 

It takes strength and courage to walk away, and it is the wise thing to do, when something is taking you away from other more positive matters and events or harming your well-being. No matter what anyone else says, the smartest thing you can do about a situation or a person that is stressing you out is to walk away from it for a while. 

Not every challenge deserves so much of your strength and attention. A great question to ask yourself is "What lie am I telling myself right now?"

 Focus on the things that truly matter. Focus on your purpose and the main mission. Stay in a state of gratitude. 

GIVE yourself some breathing space and GET the strength you need to overcome whatever is on your way.
