Description

1. Positive self-talk

Challenge your negative self-talk. Of course it's always great to be prepared with what could go wrong but the whole purpose of preparation is to get peace of mind, so you don’t dwell on it. If something goes wrong you must keep the faith that you can handle it

Remember, “There is no illusion greater than fear.”

2. Open your eyes for opportunities

Your fear of success is stopping you from seeing possibilities. What are you missing.

Are there tools, opportunities, or people around you that could help you reach your goal?

Are there things you could be doing?

Are there options you could be using?

Take a good look and make sure you are taking advantage of all the opportunities around you.

3. Just Do it anyway!

Accept that fear will try to stick with you.  You might try to fake it till you make it – take action as if the fear wasn’t there, and keep working for the things you want.

Face it head on as challenging as it is and see that you can do better than you ever expected.

4. Talk to people who are already there Your environment is critical. Ask yourself, who are the people of influence in your life?

The person in closest proximity?
The person with authority?
The person who inspires you?

5. Focus on your WHY?

It’s never the money. Maybe FREEDOM, maybe PEACE, maybe something else …but it’s way more valuable than anything. Ask yourself the question :
“Who loses, if I don’t win”?

6. Stay in the NOW

S Keep your mind anchored to the here and now, doing what you can to improve your situation and bring success closer. Not everything in your imagination will take place in the future

7. Action Plan

A good idea is to build a plan for the future.

What will you do, and how will you do it? What are your next steps?

Focusing on this can help you feel in control and alleviate the anxiety of thinking too far ahead.
