The word DECIDE - means to come to a resolution! To make a choice from a number of alternatives. The meaning of the word “decide” comes from the Latin word, decidere, which is a combination of two words: de = 'OFF' + caedere = 'CUT.' Are you a decisive person?

The worst thing about decisions is NOT to make a decision. Decision making is the single most important skill in our experience with life and so many people underestimate it. They don’t talk about it at school or at work, and the science behind decision making is very interesting and the more I learn the more fascinating it gets.

I learned about decision making from Henry Ford and his commitment to stick with original decisions solely based on intuition, because it will lead to either something great or a good lesson. Either way, he saw it as a win. But it’s only a win if you extract learning experience or methods for success.

I learned about decision making from Einstein as well and he believed that we are always changing based on the new information we get, so we need to be flexible, because what we discover today could contradict something we believed for years.

Once you make up your mind, you don't usually look back. You proceed with confidence and with a ready plan because you have already put in the necessary thought and analysis beforehand.

But it is okay to question a decision. If you are having doubts about some choice you made, it's okay. You don't have to proceed stubbornly forward. If you already know the lesson, check it out. Your original thinking may have been excellent, but there's nothing wrong with reassuring yourself. It fills you up with fresh faith and ideas for bigger impact, increasing the cause or more efficiency.

Please don’t mix this with commitment. Reassuring is making the commitment stronger, not questioning the original commitment. Alternatives are mandatory for good decisions. It’s so simple and so many people forget about the main ingredient.

GIVE a chance to your intuition and GET the peace you deserve!

Trust the process!
