IS YOUR HOPE REAL?

I’m always hopeful. But if you don’t use hope properly, it could work as a disappointment and it could backfire on you.

I started experimenting with something last year and I came up with some surprising results.

For the benefits of humility, self-accountability, self-reflect, self-awareness, maximum authenticity and maturity, I started coaching myself.

I started asking myself the hard questions I ask others and I learned to take my time and listen to my answers in-front of a small but powerful audience… only me and God.

So I’ve caught myself self-sabotaging, again.

If what I hope will happen for me today and what I think will happen are two different things, then I must stop and ponder why there is a difference.

I’m not used to surrendering to the flow of life.

I’m not used to letting go.

“Aren't you the author of your life?”

Aren't you the person who can best decide how things will play out?”

My ego and need for control are constantly trying to distract me from the moment of “Selah”. I just need to pause.

Although I may not have complete control over how this day goes, I have far more control than anyone else, and that's significant.

I can stay focused on the thousands of promises from God and the thousands of blessings I’m already blessed with, and make sure my hope is aligned with my plan and stay focused.

So, I must decide to have the day I am wishing for, and take it from there.

I hope this works as a reminder for you as well and helps you to go get it today!

Let’s Go!

GIVE hope to your plan and GET what you hope for.
