This is a big one. Can organisations really be socially responsible? Does the reality of making money and keeping your job allow people to be genuinely human and if so can they make it in this 'show me the money' environment.
It is the BIG question and one that is ever increasing as the millennial starts to push back against the contradictions that exist in the values and the actions of many organisations.
I offer the idea of 'cumulative way of behaving' being the reference point what a culture is and what is will tolerate.
