Becca Salvo is the lead regional mobilizer for Greater Europe Mission. She also spent some time in Austria teaching at an international school. Becca plays a very large role in getting more missionaries to Europe!
We break down her story a bit on how God led her to Austria, then to GEM, then to the lead regional mobilizer role. With leadership there is a model GEM follows called LDC (lead, develop, care) and we discuss that a bit as well!
