Description

In this episode, we'll look at the flip side of your talents - weaknesses. Most people think weaknesses are the opposite of talents - aka the things that don't come naturally to us and we're not so good at. In reality, most of the time our weaknesses are a result of not using our talents in a productive way. In other words, even though our talents come to us so easily that doesn't mean they can't get in our way or impact our interactions with other people. Listen and find out more about how this happens and how you can keep your talents on the side of Strengths instead of weaknesses. (PS - In the intro, I say this is episode 4, but I recorded it before I decided to do the August 911! episode first, so this is really episode 5. I hope you weren't worried or confused. Lol.)
