We’ve all been there...humming along, seeing progress, then BOOM! It just stops! We can’t seem to lose any more body fat or gain muscle. We have a hard time increasing our strength or our running times. Our personal life even gets stagnant. Just the same thing every day with no progress.
As humans, progress makes us happy. When that stops we get frustrated and sometimes angry. This is a plateau.
