Pat and Dave drop some knowledge to you today about how to gauge your fitness from time spent in the gym to nutrition, sleep, and how to track it. 

There are many ways to track what you are doing from apps to biometric tests, but one of the best ways to do it is pet to paper, and retesting your work. Dave and I both have multiple notebooks of workouts that we did and they are fun to go back to and look at all the crazy we did over the years. 

Shane was not able to be with us today because he was in the middle of the ocean trying to catch a glimpse of a mermaid. I can only hope he has a great story to share when he returns.
