Stephen Harris is an Experienced fire service Group Commander and joined the fire service in 1992.
He says the fire service made me, loved me, broke me and helped rebuild me. He has many years of leading, designing and delivering post incident traumatic stress interventions in the UKFRS and says he has loved every minute of it.
